Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and generate leads
Conducting market research and analysis to identify target markets, consumer preferences, and competitor activities
Collaborating with real estate agents and brokers to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and target audiences
Supporting the creation and production of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures and websites
Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with clients, real estate professionals
Assisting in staying updated on industry trends, market conditions and emerging technologies to adapt marketing strategies accordingly
Providing support to the marketing manager in various marketing activities, including budgeting, reporting and team coordination
Doing marketing jobs to get clients, listing property and helping transactions until completed
Make listing submissions, check documents clients, collaborate with notaries and become a consultant for clients

Education min. Bachelor Degree, related major
Minimum 2-4 years experience as Marketing Supervisor or Marketing Asst. Manager (having experience in the property sector is a plus)
Fluent in English and Japanese is a must (JLPT N2)
Familiar with industry and apartment regulation, renting law and investment
Able to work independent and team, good interpersonal skills, serious work attitude, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable, detail oriented and price
Able to work hard with targets and deadlines
Able to manage the team
