Identify target companies for business development initiatives.
Develop and manage strategic sales plans, forecasts and sales campaigns, while analyzing products, markets and customers’ sales potential.
Contribute to implementation of the group strategy and development of the local business plan for Surabaya as well as for Semarang area.
Assist the Area Sales Manager with development of annual budgets.
Ensure a high order intake with targeted margin by implementing the defined sales plan.
Perform day-to-day tasks of conducting sales visits, quotation presentations along with Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) updates, forecasting.
Identify and visit each office and key contacts on a regular basis.

Male/Female, 29-35 years
3+ years of successful experience in a sales role in a related industry such as conveyors, automation, robotics, logistics solutions, food production equipment, packaging machinery, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other professional development is a plus.
Independent and willingness to travel.
