Look for vendors/suppliers that suit the goods needed during the machine manufacturing project by considering competitive prices, and quality standards, especially for vendors (Standard and Machining Parts)
Make an estimated purchase price for parts complete with all supporting price components as a price benchmark in negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost competitiveness.
Monitor implementation progress at suppliers/vendors and provide suggestions for overcoming problems that occur.
Conduct supplier audits when appointing new suppliers to ensure that supplier standards are met.
Review the quality of products purchased and develop suppliers so they can meet part quality standards.
Prepare purchasing reports for each project including cost analysis.

Minimum 25 – 40 years old
Bachelor's degree majoring in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and has minimum of 3 years or more work experience, SMA/SMK education is permitted to apply if you have minimum of 5 years or more work experience as a purchaser in a General Trading/Specialist Purpose Machine/Machinery industrial company
Have a good personality, can work under pressure and discipline
Goal-oriented, dynamic, and balanced
Honest, trustworthy, has high integrity, and is able to negotiate well
Can search for vendors, compare prices, analyze and review purchase prices
Have the ability to read technical drawings and implement components in the process of making components (material requirements for making machines, processes, tools, etc.)
Able to determine the steps in preparing a project and establishing a priority scale for achieving targets.
Have good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
