Requirement, Qualification & Experience
- WNI / Male or Female, minimum 40 year old
- Hold minimum Bachelor's degree
- Working experience in Japanese Manufacturing or Trading company (Automotive Parts/Machinery industry)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Manager HRGA or Manager Sales position within 10 years working experience in HRGA or Sales field
- Able to do budgeting and planning
- Understands profit loss balance sheet
- Business level English and Japanese Speaker is big Plus
- Having broad network with Japanese companies
- Strategic thinking skill and deep automotive market knowledge, discipline in time mind
