Job Description

  • Ensure maintenance and monitoring of computer equipment.
  • Carrying out hardware and software maintenance (updates).
  • Ensure regular data backup.
  • CCTV Maintenance (HIKVISION).
  • Provide daily reports, service reports, and problem sheets.
  • Windows OS installation (XP, 8, 10, 11); Microsoft Office; and other software.
  • Monitor access to all systems and document access authorization.
  • Maintenance and support of network and server information security systems.

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
  • Min D3 Computer Engineering/Informatics.
  • Mastering Windows OS, Linux, and Mac OS.
  • Good understanding of Computer Networks, Software, and Hardware.
  • Understand network systems (LAN), troubleshooting, software installation and PC assembly.
  • Understand the basics of network, servers, licensing, databases, and security.
  • Understand physical/technical security systems and operations of Access Control/CCTV, etc.
  • Understand IT technology and security vulnerabilities.
