Job Description

  • The Legal Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the company's legality relating to licensing letters
  • Responsible for all assets and legal documents of the Company
  • Responsible for the legal identity of the company such as NIB, OSS, articles of association, and other company legal documentation
  • Providing advice or considerations regarding the legality of all contractual agreements with clients or company partners

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Age 30 - 35 Years old,
  • Have a minimum educational history of Bachelor of Laws from a leading university
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Legal Supervisor and have a good understanding of managing various agreements required by the company.
  • Have experience in Corporate OSS applications,
  • Can use English both orally and in writing
  • Able to use SAP (System Application and Processing)
  • Mastering legal drafting
  • Can carry out legal analysis (review, identify and reduce the legal risks of an agreement)
  • Having a PERADI license and an Advocate card is preferred
