Job Description

  • Carry out activities according to action plan, monitoring and evaluate result with the target, KPI. Then summary and report the achievement
  • Evaluate and approval for the new production line, new machine process change in Manufacturing
  • Quality audit in Manufacturing process, evaluate the quality risk/ the quality performance and take preventive improvement
  • Control the quality level by maintain and level up manufacturing to keep the standard and nonconforming product not pass throught to the customer
  • Root cause analysis problem and implement the improvement
  • Push forward, coordinate with all concern division to achieve quality improvement

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male/Female, age 23-26 years old
  • Bachelor`s degree in field of Electronics Engineering or related
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in Manufacturing quality control or a related role
  • Competent in problem solving, team work, analytical skills, planning and decision making
  • Able in Data analysis/ Analysis circuit diagram/ FMEA/ Measurement system analysis/ Pokayoke/ Minitab/ QC basic and Tools
  • Able in written, verbal, and presentation skills, organisational and follow-up skills
  • Have knowledge of ISO and SNI
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English
