Logistik/ Warehouse / Supply Chain

Supervise and coordinates activities of team to smoothly parts supply operations especially in WH operation
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity and efficiency
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
Maitaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentations
Ensuring basic, maintenance standards and complience with health and safety regulations
performing a daily inspection of the warehouse facilities including equipment and accessories
Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Communicating and coordinating with other departments
Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse
Establish, maintainprocedure , WI, check list, etc,according to QMS (Quality Management System)

Male, 30 - 35 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree S1 majoring Engineering / Business Management / Inventory mangement / logistic or related field
5- 10 years experiences of WMS (Warehouse Management System) supervisor, Receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels
Supervise and coordinates activities of team to smoothly parts supply operations especially in WH Operations
Good command of English (Japanese speaking ability preferable)
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
Time management skills and the ability to delegate
Excellent leadership and organization skills
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, word, powerpoint) and warehouse software packages
