Job Description

  • Managing and follow up activities of team to smoothly parts supply operations especially in WH operation 
  • Delegating indibidual responsibilities to members
  • Coordinates with production team for supply parts
  • Perform inspections and ensure that vehicles, machinery, and equipment is well maintained and fit to purpose
  • KPIs driven as inventory accuracy, stock transfe , achievement, warehouse productivity and efficiency 
  • Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operations efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse 
  • Maintaining records, reporting relevant informaions, preparing any necessary documentations
  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse facilities including equipment and accessories
  • Step in to resolve conflicts that may rise between workers on site and exhibit good sense of judgement to ensure that
  • Assist Supervisor per any special assignement 

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male, 25 -30 years old 
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree or higher 
  • Majoring Engineering / Inventory management / Logistic or related field 
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as WMS staff , receiving , and storing good, managing inventory levels
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and WMS
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel, word, and powerpoint) and warehouse software packages
