Job Description

  • Supervise and Coordinates activities of team to smoothly produce producs and achieve quality, delivery, cost and standards, moreover, safety 
  • Supervise team members to follow company rules and regulations
  • Coodinate with engineering team for tooling, jig, and fixture and line balancing 
  • Monitoring and make report concerned with production plan 
  • Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, safety and environment activities 

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male, 30 - 35 years old 
  • Bachelor degree or higher , majoring Engineering background
  • Good command in English (Japanese speaking ability is preferable)
  • At least 8- 10 years experience in Production and manufacturing, Having experience for air condition manufacture will be special considerring. 
  • Have necessary knowledege about basic Air Conditioner, electronic, digital and basic electrics
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery 
  • ability ro read and interpret technical drawing and machinery 
  • Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, word, and powerpoint
