Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinates Activities of team to smoothly produce product and achieve quality, delivery, cost and standards, moreover, safety
  • Supervise team members to follow conmpany rules and regulations
  • coordinate with engineering team for tooling jig and fixture and line balancing 
  • monitoring and make report concerned with production plan
  • Promote and perform kaizen, 5S, QC,Safet, environment activities 

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male , 30 - 35 years old 
  • Bachelor Degree majoring from Engineering 
  • at least 8-10 years of experience in production and manufacturing
  • Good command in English 
  • Have necessary knowledge about air conditioner , electronic, digital and basic of electrics
  • Strong knowledge of production processess and machinery 
  • Proficient in computer program such as Excel , word and powerpoint
