Requirement, Qualification & Experience
- Female, Min. 35 years old
- Education Min. S1 from Accounting major
- Experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor min. 3 years in manufacturing company.
- Have Tax Brevet Certification A and B is preferable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze financial data
- Expertise in financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting software (Zahir, PPT, etc)
- Experience with external audits and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with Tax, ERP or auditing is a plus.
- Having Japanese language skills is a plus
- Experience in managing a team of finance and accounting professionals
