Prepare/plan, supervise and evaluate activity cost budgets effectively and efficiently and be responsible for each activity result
Responsible for planning, supervising and carrying out evaluations of the number of workers required by the company/project
Carry out selection, promotion, demotion and transfer of employees as deemed necessary
Carry out coaching, training and other activities related to mental development, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with standards set by the company/project
Responsible for activities related to recapitulating employee absences, calculating salaries, allowances and bonuses

Master HR Planning, recruitment & selection process,
Create an effective and efficient HR system; for example creating SOPs, job descriptions, KPI systems, performance management systems, recruitment & selection management systems, training & development systems, Compensation & Benefit Management Systems, HR Planning, etc.
Ensure that employees are always productive, loyal and contribute to the company
Female, Max. 38 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Experience as HR min. 5 years
Proficient in English (both oral & written)
