Monitor, manage, and perform end-to-end HR business processes (recruitment, training, payroß, offboarding, etc.)
Coordinate with IT to implement HRIS in the Company
Develop policies and procedures of HR, including HR organization structure
Ensure timely payroll process and payment to all of the employees
Ensure timeline payment of employee's income tax, annual income tax report, BPJS payment
Communicate and coordinate with user department head to identify manpower plan, job descriptions, and KPI Coordinate with vendor for HR processes such as recruitment (headhunter), HRIS implementation, etc.
Actively provide solutions for HR related issues in the Company
Maintain employee master data and ensure its accuracy & completeness

Bachelor's degree of Management/ Human Resources/ other related field
Minimum more than 5 years working experiences in Managerial level
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and HRIS (Sunfish)
Experience in handling HR for manufacturing industries (industrial relations, labor union)
Good understanding to maintain relationships with government such as Labor Office, BPJS, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration with other departments
Innovative and experience in creating HR business processes, policies and procedures
Ability to manage and perform end-to-end HR business processes
Understand the income tax calculation
Good communication in English
