Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are met

Evaluate the risk, push forward to take preventive action by pokayoke concept and approval for the new model since trial stage in development

Continue monitoring the new model problem after start mass production

Root cause analysis problem and implement the improvement

Handling and monitoring for market claim issue

Coordinate and report with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Performs miscellaneous duties which are work related as assigned

Female/Male, Maximum 28 years old

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field

Have experience at least 2-5 years in handling of New Model preparation and Customer Claim handling

Able to read 2D & 3D Drawing

Excellent in Data analysis/FMEA/Root cause analysis/Pokayoke

Must be proficient in MS office

Highly motivated and self-directed

Have knowledge of quality tools, 5S, safety, kaizen and other manufacturing knowledge

Proficient in English

Willing to work in Cikarang
