Job Description

  • Journal to Accounting System

  • Verified vendor invoice control

  • Journal closing

  • Support monthly accounting closing reports

  • Support for monthly tax compliance of withholding tax and VAT

  • KPPK Bank Indonesia PIC report

  • Support DIVA report

  • Support for HT Asia actual monthly report

  • Support of HM report BOFC budget & actual

  • Monthly BI report

  • Budgeting support and prepare quarterly HT Japan

  • Support inventory stock opname

  • Support Tax audit, VAT refund and TP Doc

  • Support for annual financial audit with external auditor

  • Support for CITR preparation with consultant

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male, 28-35 years old 

  • Minimum D3 Graduate from Accounting background

  • Has working experience as Accounting staff in Japanese Manufacturing 

  • Able to communicate in English
