Job Description

HR Functions:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and orientation.
  • Support employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues and conflicts.
  • Assist in administering benefits programs, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Contributing in Company Philosophy Program Goals

General Affairs:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Handle internal and external communications effectively and professionally.

 

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics, employee statistics, and general office activities.
  • Assist in conducting audits and implementing necessary improvements.

 

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication in English, and Japanese will be more advantage
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in HR and General Affairs or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and general office management practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software (e.g., HRIS systems).
