Requirement, Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication in English, and Japanese will be more advantage
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in HR and General Affairs or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and general office management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software (e.g., HRIS systems).
