Service Parts Senior Staff (Japanese Speaker)

To control service parts sales, cost, and profit.
Monitoring / investigating for parts sales, cost, and profit.
To control service parts inventory condition, stock allocation.
To control the process of receiving and purchasing order of service parts.
To control logistic process of parts supply to sales company and distributors while communicating with logistic company who handle warehouse operation.
To control the import and export process while communicating with forwarders.
To support sales company and distributor planning / conducting parts marketing strategy including pricing to distributors.
To handle technical inquiries of service parts.
To cooperate with various audits to factory.

Min. education Diploma Degree (D3)
Knowledge / Experience of service parts supply business / Excavator business
Understanding / Experience of export and import
Understanding / Experience of inventory and warehousing
Good Japanese (spoken and written), proficient in English is an advantage
Willing to work in Karawang area
