Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Female, age 30-40 years old

  • Minimum Diploma Degree of Human Resource Management / Psychology / Industrial Engineering. 

  • Minimum 5 years as Supervisor in Electronics Manufacturer companies

  • Familiar with Payroll, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan and Medical Insurance

  • Familiar with Industrial Relation, Company Regulation and CLA

  • Familiar with Company Legal, Visa dan Reporting to BOD

  • English Intermediate, Japanese is advantage  

  • Domicile in Bekasi/Cikarang
