Job Description

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male, Max 30 years old

  • Minimum SMK 

  • Minimum 1 year work experience, and have worked in an injection / mold maker company

  • Understand the injection process thoroughly

  • Can use 2D & 3D CAD software

  • Can analyse problems in the injection process

  • Understand ISO 9001, IATF and ISO 14002 standards

  • Understand the IATF Core tools system (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)

  • Familiar with using computers and Microsoft Office

  • Can conduct feasibility studies related to new projects for the injection process

  • Able to analyse and improve problems related to the injection process

  • Able to conduct trial activities in the injection process

  • Able to conduct improvement activities in the injection process

  • Can monitor the injection process and mould injection

  •  Accustomed to doing 2D and 3D product Redraw

  • Control Spare part moud in the injection process
