Job Description

  1. Analyse the customer store weakness and make an improvement regarding layout design
  2. Cooperate with Designer Team to review and develop new product
  3. Contact for the VM retail store and propose our product suggestion which suitable for their store concept
  4. Manage the client's project and attend at site when we appointed to be a main supplier of display store (in or outside Java island)
  5. Sourcing a new buyer and maintain our current customer's inquiry
  6. Support all division section to raises sales volume
  7. Join an exhibition to promote the product
  8. Support installation for any project
  9. Reporting the design and proposal for customer to management
  10. Submit quotation, PO, and other supporting document data to finance division in order to release invoice
  11. Support to follow up customer payment

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male/Female, Age max Supervisor 28, Assistant Manager 30, Senior Assistant Manager 35 years old

  • Minimum Diploma Degree of any majoring

  • Minimum experience as sales staff for 2 years (staff) and at least 3 years experiences for supervisor up *latest experience is a senior staff (supervisor) from retail industry is a plus

  • English conversational for communicating with the PD

  • Good product knowledge regarding retail components, time management, and team-work

  • Willing to do business trip in and outside Java island

  • Willing to work outside of working hours if needed

  • Comprehensive understanding of the local area and its dynamics

  • Develop new customer

  • Willing to learn new things

  • Able to keep up with fast-paced environment 

  • Hold SIM A
