Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar RND leadership role within manufacturing rubber

Strong technical expertise and understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the relevant industry

Proven track record of leading successful RND projects and delivering tangible business impact 

English minimum Intermediate level both spoken and written

Proficient in Ms Office (word, excel, powerpoint)

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing RND team.
