Administrating for the distributors (to support, to respond as manufacture’s customer support service)
Administering, monitoring, reporting the process for Service, (spear parts if any)
To check inspection report from distributors with deadline
To check and approve the warranty claim, the technical report in field from distributors
To make material, Technical Service Bulletin and Business Trip Report (basic knowledge, hydraulic, electric, equipment, safety, etc.)
To communicate with Japan side for technical issues
To analyze the failure information and to follow the KPI for distributors
Minimum education is D3 (Diploma)
Discipline, good motivation and good communication
Some experience of After sales service in the field
Some experience on Excavators and Heavy Equipment’s
Good knowledge for Engine, Hydraulic, Electric, and other technical
Good English (Spoken and written)
Computer (MS Office) literate
Having capability to make presentation, material and to provide training by English
Having car driver license
Acceptable to visit inland (Indonesia) and overseas (Japan, ASEAN countries) as business trip
Acceptable to visit Japan for Trainee training and internal meeting. (short term)
Acceptable to commute to Jakarta, and Karawang area as daily commutation
