Job Description

  • Conduct market research on apartment and office rental prices, including market segmentation analysis.
  • Plan and execute research, strategic initiatives, and projects in accordance with set timelines.
  • Prepare property listings, verify client documents, and provide consulting services to clients.
  • Engage in marketing activities to attract new clients, list properties, and support the end-to-end transaction process.
  • Handle client requests and complaints related to apartment services.
  • Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients, agents, and technicians.
  • Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports

Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male, Max 40 years old

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Working Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in the property sector is a strong advantage)

  • Familiarity with industry regulations, apartment rental laws, and property investment

  • Proficiency in English & Business level in Japanese (minimal JLPT N2 / JLPT N1 is a plus)

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Willingness to work hard to meet targets and deadlines
