1. FUNCTIONAL
• Procure goods (materials, packaging, and spare parts).
• Plan, control, and coordinate logistics activities.
• Plan and control supporting activities for exports, imports, and warehousing, both internally and externally.
• Develop, together with logistics managers in all areas, company logistics policies and strategies to serve as a reference in logistics management to support the procurement of goods needed at all locations.
• Receive and process requests for goods from all departments and control shipments from suppliers and customers, ensuring that goods received are in accordance with orders.
• Responsible for the availability of materials and finished goods (stock levels) in the material warehouse and finished goods warehouse.
• Responsible for storage and distribution of goods.
• Control the availability, storage, and shipment of finished goods.
• Collect information on stock levels at all locations.
• • Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods from suppliers and/or warehouses, including determining expeditions and routes, and ensuring goods are received by each branch as determined.
• Receive and process requests for goods from each location, and control the delivery of goods from suppliers to ensure goods are received at the warehouse according to the agreed time, quantity, and cost.
• Prepare a logistics budget and ensure operational activities run efficiently and effectively within the allocated budget.

• Male/Female, Age 30-40 years old

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

• Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing 

• Understanding of Purchasing (resin materials & spare parts)

• Familiar with Supply Chain, Exim and Warehouse

• Familiar with ERP / SAP

• Willing to work in Cikarang area
