Requirement, Qualification & Experience
- Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Manager in Cost Control / Cost Accounting / Finance.
- Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing).
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience in managing team members.
- Familiar with Cost Reduction, Budget Control, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Manufacturing Costing.
- Willing to be placed in Karawang.
