Coordinate and supervise the work activities of the PCWH team.
Ensure production planning and material requirements meet targets.
Monitor material availability and production progress.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production and material-related issues.
Monitor the department's target achievement, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Prepare reports on departmental activities and performance achievements.
Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives in the work area.
Male/Female, max 35 years old
Min. D3/S1 of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, or other related fields
Experienced in Production Control, Production Planning, Warehouse, Material Control, or related areas (Preferably in Automotive Manufacturing Industries)
Have experience as a Leader, Senior Staff, or equivalent (Preferably at a Japanese manufacturing company)
Understand Production Planning & Control processes, material control, inventory management, and production coordination
Ability to monitor production planning, material availability, and product shipments
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work with precision, disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Willingness to be based in West Cikarang, Bekas
